- A groundbreaking achievement was reached by constructing one floor every three days using the Automatic Climbing Formwork System (the formwork ascends one floor automatically after the concrete is poured and set)

- To withstand winds of 40 meters per second, the building's spiraling pattern mirrors a desert flower, which gradually reduces its surface area 16 times to create wind turbulence.

- Employing three satellites in a GPS surveying system, as even a 1-degree deviation at ground level results in a 14-meter discrepancy at an altitude of 800 meters
