Investment in Safety and Health

Samsung C&T Engineering and Construction recognizes safety as an investment not as a cost. Since 2021, in addition to the legally mandated industrial safety and health management expenses, we have allocated and executed additional safety enhancement budgets-such as deploying additional safety personnel, improving on-site working conditions, and implementing smart safety solutions-to strengthen safety at worksites.
As of 2025, a total of KRW 171.7 billion has been executed, including KRW 99.4 billion in statutory occupational safety and health management expenses and KRW 25.6 billion in additional safety enhancement investments at project sites. In particular, we are actively investing in enhancing the safety and health capabilities of partner companies.
